Return Policy
Shopping at etymical should be worry-free for you. If you are not satisfied with the received goods or there are quality issues, you can apply for a return according to the following policy. We will provide you with a convenient return process and comprehensive after-sales support.
Return Request Conditions
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the goods. Failure to submit within this period will be considered an automatic waiver of the right to return.
Goods must be in brand new, unused condition, with intact packaging (including product labels, tags, instructions, gifts, etc.), and free from damage, stains, or signs of human error.
For returns due to product quality issues (such as damage, malfunction, or discrepancy from the description), clear product photos and a description of the problem are required. Returns will be processed after confirmation by customer service. For returns due to non-quality issues such as personal preference or size mismatch, the user must bear the return shipping costs.
Some special items (such as intimate apparel, food, and customized items) are not eligible for return. Please refer to the product details page for specific information.
Return Process
Submit Request: Send a return request via customer service email service@etymical.com. The request must include the order number, product name, reason for return, and relevant proof (images or videos).
Review and Confirmation: Customer service will review your application within 2 business days. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return address and return instructions.
Returning the Goods: Please pack the goods as required and send them to the designated address within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email. Simultaneously, send the tracking number to customer service for tracking purposes.
Inspection and Refund: After receiving the returned goods, we will complete the inspection within 3-5 business days. Upon successful inspection, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. The refund arrival time depends on the payment platform's rules.
